Absolutely Perfect
I bought this from the marketplace seller "TechTreasure", fulfilled by Amazon and the device was perfect. It shipped lightning fast (as expected for Prime shipments), and while the packaging wasn't terribly robust (bubble wrap envelope, inside a padded envelope, inside a larger padded envelope) it arrived in one piece just fine.I (like probably you) have broken a couple screens on the 9700. Unfortunately the LCD screen is attached to the plexi/plastic cover, unlike in other phones where the screen cover is part of the case. A little too much pressure on that cover (like when your 9700 is in your pocket and you are crawling around under a race car in my case), and your screen can become nicely toasted.You must open your 9700 to identify which version of the LCD screen you have. I've seen 001/111, 002/111, and 004/111. Once you determine which version you have, order the correct one (this review is for the 002). Installation is the reverse of removal...

Great Screen
I bought this screen for my Blackberry Bold 9650 and when it came in the mail it was brand new and working great. The model numbers also matched. The only downside, which is very minor and not too noticable, is that the bottom of the visual screen is a little uneven but not really noticable and doesnt take away from the overall function of the screen

Very nice
I bought 2 of these mounts. They seem to work quite well and are fully adjustable. I like the sliding clips which allow for adjusting the grips to make way for the buttons and power wire while maintaining a good hold on the phone. My Galaxy S2 Skyrocket fits snugly while in its case, and my daughter's iPhone 4S also fits well while in the case. A well designed product especially at this price and so far appears to be pretty robust. I would definitely recommend it.

Great option fo smaller phones
I got this car dock for my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus. It fits very tight with a case and hangs out one side awkwardly. Once I removed the end stopper it fit better but still barely fits while its all the way open. It says it will fit the Galaxy Note which has a 5.3 inch screen but there is no way this is true. Beware if you have a phone bigger than 4.3 inches or use a bulky case as it may not fit in this dock.

Sturdy, works well, cheap
I ordered this soon after I realized I could use my android phone as a GPS device. I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews before I settled on this one. I felt that this one was the most solid, flexible and had the best value for the price. After I received it, I was very pleased with the device.The mount is solid. It will not break under normal use. The suction cup is strong, and it will firmly stay in place on a clean surface. You can screw to tighten and increase the suction strength. The flaps that keep the device in place are adjustable for width and also side buttons. It is actually pretty neat, and I can't imagine a device that would not fit well unless it truly is just too wide. I use it on an HTC Evo Shift and it fits beautifully. The arm has one adjustment point that lets you move it up-down or side-to-side, depending on how you have it oriented. Then the mount piece that the phone sits in is attached to the arm via a ball-joint type attachment...
